Privacy Policy
Self Reunion is operated by The Reunion Co. (“we”). This page explains what information we collect through selfreunion.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us in the booking request form, we use it only to reply to you and arrange your Self Reunion, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), group size, who you are coming with, preferred dates, and anything you write in the message box. If you email us directly at info@selfreunion.com, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, information about the person in your life who has struggled with addiction. Self Reunion is about you.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, confirm a date, send directions and pre-arrival details, and answer your questions. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
The booking request form is received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. Netlify’s own privacy policy governs its handling of that data. Our email is hosted by a standard business email provider. No other third party receives your information.
Cookies and analytics
selfreunion.com does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are served from selfreunion.com itself, so no third-party font service sees your visit. If we enable site analytics, we will use a cookieless, privacy-focused service that reports aggregate page views only and cannot identify you.
Photographs
We do not photograph participants without asking first, and we never publish a participant’s photo, name, or Event Timesheet without their written permission.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your Self Reunion. If you would like us to delete what we have, email info@selfreunion.com and we will.
Children
Self Reunion is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
